It can lead to increased retention as many of the tools help to reinforce the learning with the aide of video, audio, quizzes, blogs, wikis and social media and Learning Management Systems. It also gives a learner an opportunity to revisit or replay the training instead of hearing it once from a teacher at the head of a classroom.

You will be encouraged to take part in forum discussions and chat sessions and develop connections with other learners to create a Community of Practice.
